Brendon Lohan is the founder, head coach, and director of Sevens Soccer Schools and Sevens Soccer Academy, based in Alberton, Mulbarton, Dinwiddie area— a high-performance football environment built on excellence, discipline, and a clear player development pathway.
Since 2010, Brendon has been at the forefront of youth football development, initially establishing Brazilian Soccer Schools in the South. He went on to build and lead Supersport Soccer Schools South, followed by Level 7 — an international brand — gaining extensive experience through these franchise systems which he successfully acquired and operated.
Driven by a vision to create something truly his own, Brendon transitioned away from franchise structures to build an independent identity — founding Sevens Soccer Schools South Africa. This marked the beginning of a fully self-driven, modern development programme focused on producing intelligent, confident, and technically elite players.
In 2022, he elevated this vision further with the launch of Sevens Soccer Academy, creating a competitive platform for high-performance players. In its inaugural season, the academy reached the GDPL finals, earning promotion into the GDL in 2023 — where it continues to compete at a high level.
Brendon is known for his uncompromising standards, attention to detail, and commitment to long-term player progression. His coaching philosophy is rooted in technical mastery, tactical intelligence, and mental resilience — preparing players not only to compete, but to excel.
Under his leadership, Sevens is more than a training programme — it is a performance-driven environment where potential is developed, standards are set, and players are prepared for the next level of the game.
